Add Comments/logs if DPAPI is empty

Hello,
I would like to request to Add a comment into --dpapi flag in case DPAPI is emply. Currently if it's empty, we only see a message saying that It was able to retrieve the Masterkeys, then it exists.

A comment saying "no Credentials found in DPAPI" or something similar would be great, this way, users would be aware that no creds were found instead of thinking that an error occurred after getting the Masterkey.

I think a .info() log would be great so it can be retrieved in the verbose log but doesn't spam the normal output.
