[Docker] Next release: use updated ConFixel #80
Description
Since last release of ModelArray Docker image (0.1.4), the companion Python package ConFixel has been updated on github - including fixing deprecation issues for fixel-wise data conversion (see ConFixel issues here and here), adding converter for CIFTI files, etc.
In the next release of ModelArray Docker image, I will update ConFixel in the Docker image too.
