This PR has two major changes:
I've updated the Sammy's documents on how to get started with running the bootcamp based on the experience from this year (2020)
I've added a new instructor document on how to organize lectures and hw for future bootcamps. @vreuter I tried to incorporate your suggestion into this document so please feel free to edit.
