Library name 'sd' is not unique

The upcoming 5.10 has new SD block device and the existing sd-driver conflicts with it.

Yep, this repo is not (yet) updated to work with Mbed OS 5.10.

If you just delete the sd-driver.lib and then delete also the potentially existing sd-driver -folder, this gets sorted out. SD-driver is part of Mbed OS 5.10.
