Replace the hand rolled Zenodo lookup in scripts/generate_bibtex.py with the zenodo-bibtex-exporter tool, which resolves the record by concept id instead of searching for the project name. The search based lookup read a single page of results, and Zenodo caps that at 25 records for anonymous requests. PedPy has 21 published versions, so it was close to the point where older versions stop being findable and the citation block would quietly vanish from documentation built off a release branch. Failure handling changes too. The previous script warned and carried on with an empty citation, which produced a page that looked finished but had no entry in it. Development builds hit that on every build, since their version suffix matches no release. They now fall back to the most recent release, and an unreachable Zenodo degrades to a link rather than to nothing. Also corrects the trailing example, which was marked as bash while containing Python. The dependency is pinned to a branch in docs/requirements.txt until the tool is released to PyPI.
