Update: yes to writing pool amounts, and decided no need to write time step size.
More than one person has been confused by the flux quantities written to events.out. We should convert the flux values to 'pool amounts' instead of the more raw flux values (and drop the fluxes. from the names).
HOWEVER: as the values are still primarily a debugging tool, the labels still refer to the particular flux type that is affected, which is more granular than the actual pool that ends up being adjusted.
Note that documentation needs to be updated as well!
