Fixes a visual bug introduced in #8763
Description of the problem being solved:
Aura effect values were wrong in the Calcs tab if you had the aura mastery for 10% increased effect of auras on you. This was introduced because of the logic for Hand of Phrecia, but really needed to just be updated for auras that affect enemies

Note the aura effect calculation itself still functioning properly since Purity of Fire give 6% max res.
