- Adds basic support for Debilitate (from alt qual Reckoning, suppression mastery, shield mastery, warcry mastery) - Adds support for ifMod condition for config options Signed-off-by: Tomas Slusny <slusnucky@gmail.com>
Also adds more generic parsing to have any value of seconds if GGG decides to change it in the future
