I'm not sure if this is the right way to do this vs. just adding the stats when you check the checkbox. I tried to model it after the Lightning Golem Wrath buff. Seems a little too complicated and honestly doesn't make sense the way I had to make it work, but I put it up here for feedback in case I can save it vs. rewriting.

Problems:

  • Consume skill appears in the skill list for the reaper
  • Multiple Reapers can stack the buff
  • Code is awkwardly a global buff to buff allies but simultaneously only affects the Reaper (I couldn't make it work any other way)
  • This is technically only one of the two buffs (other one happens more often when the Reaper is injured) in case the cooldown can be modified
