EA Ballista Arrow Damage doesn't show some sources of Elemental Damage from Bow

What is the value from the calculation in-game?

Was looking at this PoB for a friend, and noticed, that the Calcs tab shows only the conditional lightning damage from the boots enchant on the EA ballista arrow calculation, not the added lightning damage on the bow, which seems wrong to me. It should be stating 31-669 lightning damage added on this, assuming the "have you killed recently" box isn't ticked.

What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?

It just shows 1 to 160 added lightning damage when the "have you killed recently" box is unticked. Otherwise it shows no added Lightning Damage.

I also checked the Skill Hit Damage part of the Calcs tab on Frenzy in the Body armour, which also doesn't show the added lightning damage from the bow. I'm clueless as to why.

That section of the calcs screen only shows added damage. The damage directly on the bow counts as base weapon damage and is only shown in the breakdown of the main hand hit damage.
