Full DPS calculation Cobra Lash drops with secondary skills

How is Path of Building expected to behave?

Full DPS calculation should be the sum of all parallel skills, at least for the main damage components (i'm aware that there are none-stacking damage components like debuffs or dots).

How does Path of Building behave?

Instead, including another skill into Full DPS reduces the base damage of Cobra Lash.

I'm testing with Blade Fall of Trathus and Skitterbots+Infernal Legion.
Main Skill is Cobra Lash.

How to reproduce the issue

1. Include Cobra Lash in Full DPS
   2.a) Include Blade Fall of Thrarthus in Full DPS
   -> Base DPS of Cobra Lash drops
   2.b) Include Summon Skitterbots with Infernal Legion in Full DPS
   -> Base DPS of Cobra Lash drops, by the same amount as in 2.a)

There shouldn't be such an interaction between the passive DoT from Skitterbots and the main hit damage from Cobra Lash.
