What is the value from the calculation in-game?

Overlap calculations for Explosive Trap of Shrapnel should use the Secondary Radius as "Total Area" in the Overlap Chance formula

What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?

Overlap calculations for Explosive Trap of Shrapnel seem to use the Primary Radius instead as "Total Area" in the Overlap Chance formula
