What is the behaviour in-game?

Stormshroud Jewel when used with the Power Charge mastery that grants "cannot be shocked while at maximum power charges", doesn't give ailment immunity, as it is not strictly shock avoidance.

What is the behaviour in Path of Building?

Pob says that the character is ailment immune due to the wording of the mastery in the code stating "avoid shock, if power charges >= power charges max".

allocate the power charge cannot be shocked at max power charges mastery
socket the stormshroud jewel
check use power charges in config
go to calculations under other avoidance tab
see all ailments have 100% avoidance due to stormshroud
