Investigate support of SQL Server Always Encrypted

SQL Server 2017 has a feature called [Always Encrypted](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/relational-databases/security/encryption/always-encrypted-database-engine). Other parts of the platform (like SqlTransport) already support it. Investigate supporting it for NHibernate.
