Part quantities should change appearance if different from number parsed from filename

When going through and checking my part quantities, it would be really helpful if the quantity in the Parts table gave some indication of how it compares to the number that was parsed from the filename. For example:

Could also do this with the color of the text displayed.

An alt-text explanation could appear when hovering over the particular cell. e.g., "This number is bigger than the number found in the filename."
