First page issue

This line might contain an issue.

For page 0, it will always return the first record. For page 1 it will return page_size records starting from the second record.

I'm not sure whether the intention to have 0 as the first page or 1, but I believe we want to change it, so that the first page returns the first page_size.

The intention was to have 1 as the first page, but the formula is wrong. I will fix it.
