What Does This PR Do
Adds two compact storage containers specifically for sutures and mesh packs. These packs are small and can contain up to 14 sets of sutures or mesh. They are made with 2 sheets of cardboard, but each medicine locker starts with a box of each, similar to patch packs and pill bottles. They can fit on medical belts, in labcoats, in medical suit storage slots, and in medical modsuit suit storage slots.
Why It's Good For The Game
Sutures and mesh packs can end up taking a lot of space in someone's inventory. This helps alleviate the issue similar to how patch packs and pill bottles work.
