技能 sk 变为 ele 属性(即元素之心效果) [聽風]

参数说明:
sk 技能编号或者使用双引号括起来的技能常量名

			sk 为  0 时为普通攻击(n 为是否显示温暖的风特效)
			sk 为 -1 时为所有技能(n 为是否显示温暖的风特效)

ele			攻击属性

			ele 为 -1 时变为最克制属性(n 为是否显示温暖的风特效)
			ele 为 -2 时变为最接近属性(n 为是否显示温暖的风特效)
			ele 为 -3 时无视属性克制(伤害倍率修正为 n%, 优先度最高)

n			伤害倍率修正为 n%

注意事项:
(为避免带宽消耗过大或特效卡客户端, 每个技能最多显示一次温暖风特效)
