Support of Layer 3-4 inspection or only L7

I need you confirmation to confirm if the NSI supports inspecting Layer 3-4 since the Firewall endpoint works on L7 only

Moreover it is mentioned that:
"The in-band model is currently in private preview and must be enabled for your Google Cloud account."
Is it GA now, else, when will it be and what are the limitations if its in preview mode in prod env
