2. Change default value of normalize to True

It is not reasonable to normalize edit distance by the max length of two strings. Actually the normalization of edit distance is the definition of word/character error rate (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Word_error_rate), and the denominator should always be the length of reference string. |
