On my Debian machine, when running: New-KeePassDatabaseConfiguration -DatabaseProfileName "xxxxxxxx" -DatabasePath "/home/path/to/mydatabase.kdbx" -UseMasterKey
I get: WARNING: The specified KeePass Configuration does not exist.
Same if I run Get-KeePassDatabaseConfiguration
