Chrome ignores a single encoded slash, but `path=/;` works fine.

@Ayesh I've had the same issue and this PR fixes it. Currently when enabling the plugin, you can't login to the admin interface. (as reported multiple times in the wordpress plugin page) Can you merge this please? |
