Feature request: Support IconSet in Conditional Formatting

Hello,

I would like to request support for the IconSet feature in conditional formatting.
Currently, PhpSpreadsheet does not seem to provide this functionality.

When I load an xlsx file that uses IconSet in conditional formatting,
the formatting is lost, which causes issues for me.

If any additional information is needed, please let me know.
