ODT tables lack styling

Tables in ODText export lack a lot of styling options -- most notably, even the most basic column width, which would be defined through column styles in odt. Also, some basic stuff like vertical alignment, borders and shading would be needed as a minimum.

Details on column width:
It seems like ODT defines cell width on a per-column basis exclusively(?). Right now, the only column definition in a table is a hardcoded one, like:

<table:table-column table:number-columns-repeated="3"/>

For tables with column width set (this might be retrieved from the cell widths of the first row?), there should be one definition per column, pointing to an associated style, like so:

<table:table-column table:style-name="a167ad.A"/>
<table:table-column table:style-name="a167ad.B"/>
<table:table-column table:style-name="a167ad.C"/>

These styles can then be included as usual, with the following properties:

<style:style style:name="a167ad.A" style:family="table-column">
      <style:table-column-properties style:column-width="3.5cm" style:rel-column-width="1757*"/>
</style:style>
