Bookmark in pdf or html writer #1263
Description

Expected Behavior
When adding a bookmark into a doc then saving the doc with html or pdf writers I'm expecting to have internal link
Current Behavior
Currently the bookmark redirect as an external link
How to Reproduce
You can reproduce this with Sample_35_InternalLink.php
