Looks great - I was thinking we'd use NATs Jetstream (only once delivery) for this - we will need to evaluate which is best for this later on - Queue vs Jetstream (right now it's just core Nats, not NATs Queue). |

Use Octokit.js to make GraphQL query to GitHub API and perform checks for branch protection and repository languages.
