Updates to mini-CDM table list #9

Would it be possible to update addon_pedsnet_minicdm.R to include all of the new tables? It hasn’t been updated in over 2 years and some of the new tables are quite difficult to add with the way the code is currently written (for example those with the same key as another table like the many tables using location_id). It would be much easier to use this code if all the possible tables were listed and users just had to delete tables that were not needed for that specific mini CDM. It would also be nice to have code that can be used for including the relationship table in a mini cdm included in addon_pedsnet_minicdm.R (I realize that we might still need to modify based on which relationship we are interested in).
