Update template realisation to use Handlebars

This isn't supposed to happen. It's caused by unexpected interaction between $ and interpolation strings and the ad hoc token substitution Print uses to merge content into its HTML templates. (see #347).

It's time to do the planned rework and use Handlebars for this.
