Right now a lot of the GUIs are fairly unintuitive and don't look particularly great, compared to some like Thermal Expansion. For instance, you cannot Shift-click naquadah into the naquadah generator, and it's pretty difficult for somebody new to the mod to figure out what to do with the slots.
