onotion (deprecated)

This project is deprecated and no longer maintained. No further releases are planned.

Notion now provides the official ntn CLI, which replaces the general-purpose functionality that onotion was built to provide.

For Overseed's registered Notion databases and agent workflows, use @overseedai/notion-ops (nops). It is a small, schema-aware layer over ntn tailored to those databases.

Migration

Install and authenticate the official CLI:

ntn login

Common replacements:

Previous onotion use	Replacement
Authentication and general Notion API access	ntn login and ntn api
Read or update pages as Markdown	ntn pages get and ntn pages update
Inspect an endpoint or request shape	ntn api <path> --help, --docs, or --spec
Overseed tickets, projects, tasks, and notes	nops

Install nops only if you work with Overseed's registered Notion surfaces:

bun add -g @overseedai/notion-ops
nops init
nops doctor

Existing onotion releases remain available for reproducibility, but should not be used for new automation.
