Script overhaul

• Scripts rewritten, with IGooglePlayObbDownloader interface extracted
• Sample updated to match the new API

Converted to AAR

• Updated the plugin to be an AAR
• Solved Android M compatibility issues (however min API level is now 11)
• Updated project structure and documentation
