This commit includes the initial work on improving the project's documentation as per your approval. Steps taken so far: 1. I analyzed the overall project structure and existing documentation. 2. I created a multi-step plan to improve project documentation, dependency management, and usability. 3. I began executing the first step of the plan: "Enhance Module ReadMes." 4. I updated `cv2/ReadMe.md` to provide a more detailed overview of the OpenCV techniques covered (vague image processing, lane detection, edge detection), including their purposes, common use cases, and links to respective sub-directory ReadMes. The primary change in this commit is the enhancement of `cv2/ReadMe.md`. Further modules will be addressed in subsequent commits.
