Hello and thank you for your work!
There are some minor things you can run into:
First: You have to enable "sudo" in System Settings -> Developer Option for powershell
Next you need to install:
sudo powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -c "pip install uv"

There are still some warnings (don't know if important):

warning: Failed to hardlink files; falling back to full copy. This may lead to degraded performance.
         If the cache and target directories are on different filesystems, hardlinking may not be supported.
         If this is intentional, set `export UV_LINK_MODE=copy` or use `--link-mode=copy` to suppress this warning.

Question: Did you update the AMD driver to the newest version?
We are with the AMD installation file on: 25.20.01.17, AMD update service suggest: Update to 25.12.1. Ok, I know "our" version is beta, but why AMD suggests a "older" revision? Strange.

Because AMD uses the date of release, the older stable driver was releases later, so AMD wants to update to that. I disabled automatic updates, I plan to update once AMD has a stable version of this driver released.

I don't know if it's important either. I think it's a good thing it doesn't hardlink and keeps the local files, performance of UV PIP is not dominant the way I see it.

I'm still experimenting, Qwen Edit works terribly at 77s/iteration, it's like 20 minutes generation.

Also I want to see if AMD has figured out flash attention, that could be a 3X speedup.

Updating the Adrenalin driver to the newest auto-update version is a really bad idea, I got really troubles with rocm and Wan2.1. (not stable at all)
I had a little question, if you have time for testing:

Just a random 640x640 picture, with a short random prompt
Video frames: 33
Video FPS: 16

This runs forever (with 100% GPU) on my PC, while on my identical other one (with a RX-5060ti-16GB) it runs fine with every settings even with 81 frames. , I played with parameters and my AMD - no luck.
You have a 7900XTX with 24GB, so it would be nice to know if the problem is the insufficient memory management of the driver.
In taskmanager it shows:
RTX-5060ti-16GB: 11.3 GB
RX-9070XT-16GB: 12.6 GB
so beyond 16GB limit...
