Proposed update to README.md

Proposed update to README.md - includes a new htm file called "VideoWalkthrough.md" which contains pictures and links to YouTube videos assisting with basic configuration of the application (I will provide these videos for free use uploaded to Git and or other folders if requested as well if they are helpful).

Only the README.md and the newly created "VideoWalkthrough.md" file (along with supporting pictures/files) is being added / altered.

Sorry it took so long to get around to reviewing, but this is a really good idea, thank you!

Your htm file has a ton of unnecessary templating, though. Would you mind cleaning up the file and resubmitting? It's probably about a 1000 lines too long for what it actually does xD
