Oregon Lambert Projection
Ideally all modeling shapefiles in Oregon will use the same GIS projection system. That official projection in Oregon is Oregon Lambert, provided by OGIC the Oregon Geographic Information Council. Oregon Lambert can be found under many names that different offices use to reference the same projection:
- ...NAD83 (Feet)
- NAD_1983_Oregon_Statewide_Lambert_Feet_Intl
- OGIC
- EPSG 2992
- ...
