Create an abstraction that will allow the validation steps to be generic

It is required to provide an abstraction that will allow the library to separate validation from `JsonElement` and make it possible to add extensions (e.g. [kaml YamlNode](https://github.com/charleskorn/kaml/blob/main/src/commonMain/kotlin/com/charleskorn/kaml/YamlNode.kt), Kotlin classes, etc)
