null value in model causes TypeError: scope.$activeIndex.indexOf is not a function

This is a problem not in dynamic select, but in angular-strap.
I have reported and submitted a pull request:

The workaround until this has been merged and released, is to initialize the model so that multiselects doesn't have a null value, but is set to an empty array ( = [ ]).

This initialization has now been added to the example to make it make sense.
It will be mostly removed again later on, the values should not have to be initialized.

The fix has now been committed to angular-strap.
When the next version is released, this project will release a bug fix version that requires that version.

The mentioned pull request is now included in Angular strap 2.2.2, and a version 0.8.3 resolves it via requiring that version.
