Set default mesh recon options to be our favorite ones from the meshroom experiments

For now make the recon settings in SlicerOpenLIFU default to our favorite pipeline – eventually we may want to have a number of saved “profiles”.

Do this after OpenwaterHealth/OpenLIFU-python#336 is merged

Sampling_rate should probably be programmatically determined to give us something like 50 images, since we won't usually have such dense scans (maybe round the downsampling rate based on total/50).
