Organize photoscan related things into their own package

Currently we have openlifu.photoscan as a module and some resources in `src/openlifu/meshroom_pipelines`. We should put those all under one import package. So for example we could have a folder `src/openlifu/photoscan/` that contains `photoscan.py` and `meshroom_pipelines/`
