[Bug]: Increased Runtime with 8.12

Describe the Bug

We have a massive increasse in the Puppet Run Runtime with the Update 8.12.

Expected Behavior

Similar Runtime as 8.11.

Steps to Reproduce

Test Puppet runs with both Versions.

Environment

Version [8.12.0]
Platform [RHEL 9.7]

Additional Context

The Reports get uploaded to Foreman with Version 3.16.

we published 8.12.1 today: https://yum.voxpupuli.org/openvox8/el/9/x86_64/ .That should fix the issue, can you test it? The regression should be fixed with #184

Hi @bastelfreak, i tested it with 8.12.1 and the Runtime Problem is fixed with that. Thanks!
