Remove orchestrator_client (PE) integration

This project ships with a hard dependency on the orchestrator_client gem, which is a Puppet Enterprise (PE)-specific feature. We probably don't want to maintain this as a supported transport as it will probably have low adoption/usefulness to users.

It will also make distribution integration (eg. Debian) easier.
