not a huge deal, ovras currently plays its menu click sound once when starting up
i think this could be changed in a couple of clicks to be way more versatile

just having a seperate startup sound, even if it sounds identical by default, would be great
as a user who's replaced the existing sounds with my own, and has ovras set to start with steamvr, i'd love to use this to set a custom steamvr startup sound

this is pretty ovras-specific, i don't think any alternatives are relevant
