Import nexml fails

If I export nexml from the curator and then try to import it into a new study
I get the error:
{"description": "'Repeated trees element id "trees1"'", "error": 1}

It's sort of an unusual thing to want to do - but for example it's handy to re-use an OTU mapping scheme that took a long time to edit. And I'm not sure if our import checker is too strict, or if we're not exporting legal nexml.

That's a pretty clear error message, if it's accurate. Can you post or point to the nexml, or does it happen for every exported study?

I mean, if this is literally about XML IDs being used multiple times, then that indeed shouldn't validate.
