Basically, I re-used a debian packaging script and directory structure, but I made changes here and there, so they are not really compatible each other.
This PR requires
rpmbuildto build RPM from a spec file.It produces some useless folders like SRPMS and SOURCES, but I haven't found any workarounds for this so it will just remove these folders in clean()
I tested it on openSUSE Leap 15.3 and it is working fine for me, but I haven't tested on Fedora yet
