Update references to ./OpenTabletDriver/Configurations

Configurations are now moved to OpenTabletDriver.Configurations/Configurations.

Updated packaging scripts:

• Debian
• Linux
• MacOS
• Redhat
• Windows
• Meta-packaging script (base)

I made a PR a few hours ago but I didn't know you made this issue lol
Every package script uses SRC_DIR_CONFIGURATIONS in base so #6 should solve this

Yes I can confirm all 6 are updated. This issue is resolved with all checkboxes checked.
