Better recovery mode

Small fixes must be implemented in recovery mode. Currently 10 SMSs are sent with the same localization, which is not needed. 2 SMSs with changing localizations should be enough, and a new SMS in the moment GPS fix is acquired.

We should add sleeps between connection stablishment and SMS sending. Add bigger sleeps after each SMS being sent and only send 2 SMSs, with 5 minutes between them. Then get fix and send an SMS before anything else.

Some of these features have already been implemented. We need to finish them.
