Capitalization doesn't stand for the whole text

Describe the bug
When I publish a proposal, except for the first word of the proposal, every first letter of the word starting every sentences as well as proper nouns aren't capitalized.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://cerise.osp.cat/processes/capitalize/f/106/' or https://steamroll.osp.cat/processes/eveniet-et/f/3/
2. Create a new proposal
3. Publish your proposal
4. See error

Expected behavior
Every first letter of the word starting every sentences as well as proper nouns should be capitalized.
