feat(desktop): sample tournament and a link to the guide - #10

The home screen offers to try the app with a sample tournament: a new file in the tournaments folder, built through the service's commands on a clock set back 95 minutes. It has two categories of fictional pairs, pools then a bracket, two rounds played, courts busy and a score pending. The builder moves out of the fixtures test, which now uses it. On first run, the empty home screen becomes a card with the sample and the guide. A "?" in the top bar opens the website's guide in the browser.
