download / upload of files via osw.express functions should maintain filename

There sould be an option for downloading a file that either downloads the file

• (new) with its original filename + suffix, e.g., My_textfile.txt
• (new) with its original filename + OSW-OD + suffix, e.g., My_textfile_OSW02a0e8a917594129b3b8f2f48e2c3f7f.txt
• (right now the default behavior) with the OSW-ID + suffix, e.g., OSW02a0e8a917594129b3b8f2f48e2c3f7f.txt
