Version checks upon login

To prevent DB and MI issues due version incompatibilities between OpenSIPS / DB and OCP, a good future enhancement will be to have OCP checking via MI (for the defined boxes) if OpenSIPS version matches the OCP version. Similar, for all the tool using DB, the OCP should check the table versions to be sure they are compatible with the OCP version.

Such checking should may be done after logging into OCP.
